Faye Ross
Director/Recruiter
Faye started out in design before moving into recruitment in 2014, drawn to the real impact of helping people find work that matters.
Since then, she’s placed top talent across advertising, marketing, tech and experience design in Africa, the Middle East and Ireland. With a background in creative and a diploma in CX,
she understands both the work
and the people behind it.
Faye founded Make it Good to bring a more thoughtful, human approach to recruitment, one built on trust, clarity
and long-term fit.
Unathi Nxumalo
Recruiter
Unathi studied Film and Psychology, which explains a lot. She’s naturally curious about people, how they think and what drives them.
Her career has always centred on listening and translating, from teaching and copywriting to recruitment. She believes the best placements start with understanding the human first,
the CV second.
At Make it Good, Unathi blends empathy with structure, helping people find roles where they can truly do their best work.
Kylie Forknall
Recruitment Lead
Kylie has been placing creative, tech and marketing talent since 2016 and knows the industry inside out.
With an MCIMM qualification
from AAA School of Advertising,
she understands the strategy behind
the brief and the personalities behind the portfolio. She has led teams, run
full 360 recruitment desks and partnered with agencies and in-house brands locally and globally.
She’s known for being responsive, honest and fully invested in the outcome. Kylie builds strong relationships and delivers
hires that stick.
